Whyte farming
The grass and shrubbery is maintained to give the deer a varied diet as they would in the wild. And when it comes to venison, that point of view really lies at the heart of Whyte Farming. The awareness of being part of a chain.
One cannot work without the other. Whyte Farming is a family operation that runs on a very small scale. But with a reach as far as the United States, it sticks true to the New Zealand way of punching well above their weight. Great job Team. These little things matter to the cows. Our barns are specially designed to provide the cows with maximum comfort and cleanliness.
We have a combination of both cubicle style and loose bedding to suit the cows liking. We have kept the ceiling height of the barn as high as 30 feet; the design helps hot air to rise up naturally and pulls in fresh air from outside.
In addition, the cows have got giant fans and water sprinklers to keep them cool and composed. Even the flooring is grooved to give the cows more traction when they move around. We have special cow mattresses when the cows want to lie inside the shed. But since most of the times they choose to lie on sand, we imported a special kind of sand known as the Bhoda Sand, which is known to give maximum comfort to the cows.
Oh how you wish you were a cow, right. What's cooking? They are fed with the highest quality of fodder made especially for them in the farm itself. We make sure that their food is free from any kind of insecticide, pesticide and other Chemicals. Milk and all the other dairy products made from it, like butter, yogurt, ice-cream and cheese are the main stay of all that we eat here.
So, as a first step to our dream, we have created a 25 acre farm on a beautiful piece of land on the borders of Rajasthan. We call it Whyte Farms. Nature of Business Manufacturer.
